Marina Matrouh seawater desalination project
Scope:
Design of Intake and Outfall Pipeline. HDPE welding and testing of 3800 meters of 2400mm OD for the intake pipeline and 3800 meters of 1800mm OD pipe for the outfall pipeline. Supply and installation of concrete ballast blocks. Offshore and onshore dredging and back filling the pipeline trench.
Shore Protection Works For Villas Island Project of New Alamin
Scope:
Construct 4 Mazarine Islands for the development of Alamin's city through the dredging and excavation of 475,000 cubic meters of a waterway.
The desalination plant project in Dabaa
Scope:
Installation of a 1200mm HDPE intake line for a desalination plant. Union Dredgers and Marine Contracting has reached a critical milestone for the installation of a 1200mm HDPE intake line in Dabaa, North Egypt. This project includes HDPE Welding, dredging and excavation onshore and offshore utilizing Union Dredgers dredging pontoon with a 10 inch dredging pump and the DOP pump to clear the trench and connect the pipe to the existing flange connection.
Renovation of marine quay – Abokeer Port
Scope:
Mobilization (30 days), Wire cutting (30 days) using 3 electric wire saw machines for about 90 concrete blocks (1×5.5×10 m each), and Demobilization (30 days). Deliverables include concrete drawings.
